This privacy policy is applicable to the Train 2048: Stack Merge app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, which was developed by GIN Games (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is provided "AS IS".

A. Information You Provide: The Application acquires the information you supply when you download and interact with the Application. While traditional registration (email/password) is not mandatory, the Application may create an anonymous "Guest ID" or allow you to define a "Nickname" for game functionality such as leaderboards.

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

3. Advertising and Analytics

This Application is supported by advertisements. To show ads that are relevant to you, third-party advertising partners (like AdMob) may collect and use data about your device and your interactions with the Application. This data may include your Advertising ID, IP address, and game usage data.

4. Global Leaderboards and Cloud Data

The Application uses cloud services (PlayFab) to provide a Global Leaderboard feature. By playing the game, you acknowledge that your Score, Nickname (if provided), and Rank may be stored on cloud servers and publicly displayed to other users within the Application's leaderboard interface. This data is associated with your unique Device ID to ensure score persistence.

5. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Disclaimer

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your personal data or provide runtime features that analyze user behavior in real-time. Any AI used in the development process (e.g., asset generation) does not interact with or store user data.

6. Location Information

This Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device (GPS). It may collect approximate location data derived from IP addresses for analytics and advertising purposes (e.g., to show ads in your local language).

7. Children’s Privacy

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application is not intended for anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Data Retention: The Service Provider will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. Cloud save data (Leaderboard scores) is retained as long as the game service is active or until a deletion request is made.

Your Rights to Delete Data: You have the right to request the deletion of your data (including Leaderboard scores and associated Device ID).

Uninstalling: You can halt all local collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application via the standard uninstall processes on your mobile device.

Request Deletion: If you'd like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data (scores, nickname, device association) or specific advertising data associated with your device, please contact them at the email below. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and ensure your cloud data is removed from our servers.

9. Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information processed and maintained. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
